Aeolian Gaea is an environmentally responsible Hotel, committed to reducing energy consumption, with the use of eco-friendly technologies. We believe that this is not a current trend, but rather stems from our need to preserve the unspoilt nature that makes Lesvos an exceptional island.

Organic

We use the family-owned farm and the Aeolian Gaea Hotel’s gardens to grow fresh organic vegetables and eggs for our dishes. The extra virgin olive oil is produced from the olives that we gather in our grove every year. For meat and other organic ingredients, we support many local growers and food producers on the island of Lesvos.

Fresh

Aeolian Gaea Hotel is a family-owned hotel. All food ingredients and our dishes are fresh and prepared in Aeolian Gaea’s kitchen. Apart from our dishes, we prepare our own marmalades, cookies, and bread. We believe that the nutrition, the taste and color that fresh ingredients have are unmatched.
